Doesn't that just hurt to look at?

The faux leopard rain slicker, sparkly shoes, pink pants, pink scarf ... it's all her.

Couple weeks ago, I went to visit my mother. This is the trailmix pack Frankie packed for me. As she handed it to me at the airport, she grabbed some of it, then handed it over, with a bit of reluctance. I actually ate it.

Frankie was at gymnastics class last week when she decided it was time to tell her instructor of her day at the spa when she had her nails done. Then she got back to cartwheels.

Last night at the chili contest. Frankie was sure I was going to win. We couldn't convince her I wasn't competing. We tasted lots of great chili. A great night. Met a few fellow food bloggers too.

Last night Frankie brought me a stack of blank CDs and asked me for a couple to decorate. Sure, I said. Her and her friend got busy. Frankie's is shown here. She drew the title and decorations on it ; it says "Philadelphia Chickens" (her favorite bunch of songs) on it. She then placed it in her cd player and didn't hear anything. She was pretty mad about it. She put the name on it, mean what else is there to making a music disc? Sheesh. I think she considers this my fault. The first of many to come.

Gramdma KC bought Frankie a Build a Bear. Something we've denied her for years. Finally she got a carcass, named it Cuddle and had it stuffed by the nice folks at the Build a Bear store and she has slept with Cuddle for days. This shot is her giving Cuddle her first bath.

Also, Thanks Uncle Karl and Aunty Karina for the pink cammos. She's worn them as many times as I've laundered them since xmas (about 15 so far). Nice choice!

Frankie and Anthony, Sarina, Reid and Liam at Steve and Kim's for the monthly parents night out. All the kids had a screaming good time. Thanks Steve and Kim!!

Here's Aaron, his sister Claire and Frankie on the infamous Columbus Zoo dragon. What a beautiful mild day it was. It was such a fun break.

On one of Frankie's 16 stay-home days, we went and had a blast at the zoo with her friends Aaron and Claire.

Frankie was a fairy this Halloween. This entailed getting her hair all curly for the big day. She didn't flinch for a second to sleep with curlers in her hair.
