We're all getting fat and sassy...and enjoying every minute of it. We had turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing (Grandma's secret recipe), green beans almondine, eggplant lasagne, cauliflower marancca, cranberry jello salad, tossed greens with pears and raspberries drizzled with vinegrette, and pumpkin pie for our Christmas feast with friends. And leftovers are a wonderful thing!
Tomorrow we'll likely dine on Grandma's fried chicken, noodles, and homemade applesauce. Can you believe that she's 96 and still making dinner for eight? What an amazing woman!

Nope. Just the parchment. Sometimes just a bit of flour is enough to keep it "mobile" too. I don't like cornmeal. Just a preference.
